Matt Reed - Utah Entrepreneur Leading Medical Service Company

A businessman based in Midvale, Utah, Mathew “Matt” Reed is a partner and owner of Medical Care Solutions. The organization is a vertically integrated medical lien finance company with operations in four states. It operates medical clinics and surgical centers and provides funding for medical treatments for those who have been injured in auto accidents. Since 2012 when he started the company in Utah, Matt Reed and his partners have grown the business to over $30 million in annual sales.

Mathew Reed is skilled in finance, customer relations, strategic planning, and contract negotiation. He utilizes his diverse skills to build dynamic, growth-focused, and sustainable organizations. While running Medical Care Solutions from 2012 to 2024, Mr. Reed was also the director of client relations at Veepo Software. There, he co-developed an algorithm to trade futures, generating solid returns for clients.

Recently Mathew started a new property management business with his partner called Barlow Brothers. The company provides full service lawn and yard management services to corporate clients. Mr. Reed expects to generate 200% annual growth this year.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Reed served as president of Natural Resource Solutions Inc. At the company, he managed natural gas pipeline assets, created hedging strategies to mitigate basis risk, and worked with FERC to enhance pipeline tariff laws for the benefit of retail customers.

Mr. Reed has a BS in finance from Westminster College. He is a member of NFIB, Jeremy Ranch Country Club and The Church of Jesus Christ of Ladder Day Saints. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, tennis, and pickleball and hiking. He also likes to travel and visits Hawaii with his family annually.
